Born in Saigon Vietnam; undergoing formation and study programs at the Dalat Diocese Seminary in Vietnam; arriving in the U.S. as a refugee in 1986; studying at the University of Dallas, TX; entering the Society of the Divine Words Missionaries and studying at the Catholic Theological Union for a priesthood education program; professing vows in 2005 and ordained in 2006; since then assigned to the Divine Word College Seminary for teaching and formation ministries.
